Praise for Medical Team's Visit to Chad

Melina Ezel writes from Moundou, Chad: It was a big encouragement to us to meet and fellowship with the medical team of eight from the US and we were so appreciative of their ministry at the Gadjibian Hospital. They worked hard with the local team and I (Melina) had the wonderful privilege of joining them on a 5-day outreach to the East. Working in the primitive medical clinic the 4 doctors were able to see over 300 patients in the 3 days. We pray that God will continue to use the presence and testimony of this team to work in the hearts of the people.

Karina Corrales, went along on the trip and used the time to offer the young churches there what they are always asking for most; teaching. For 3 days she taught a group of people gathered from the surrounding churches, how to teach children so that their churches can offer Sunday school.

Twelve different people groups were represented among the 15 men and 9 women who attended.
Two pastors constantly helped with translation from French to Sara-Kaba, the local dialect.
Since some of the students neither read nor write, oral communication was emphasized, and the material was adapted to help them retain what they learned.
